I have a strange feeling that I'm going to get laughed at here, but when people order something like a Bacardi and coke, is the "coke" part referring to Coca Cola?

Actually when it was first made, it contained Cocaine. Since it became illegal, they took it out (so they claim) But with as acidic and fizzy as that crap is, I don't see how anyone could like that stuff without drugs being in it.
