How do you move while sitting?

Ive asked 2 servers on how to do this. All ppl say that its just a glitch! HOW DO YOU DO IT?!!?!?!? Just one comment that is helpful and I will either:

I was told that you have to sit, jet straight up, land, then move and other people will see you sit-walking, but you won't see it because it's a glitch with the animation on the server.

You just need to sit and walk, you for yourself wont see that you are siting while moving but the other will and when you jump the other will see the normal animations again.
