It's finally done.
The Sirrus Compound
I'm going to break this down into buildings, each with pictures, build, and event descriptions.
Admin Tower
This is what started the entire thing, but oddly enough, the last thing to be finished.
It has 6 floors, lobby, offices, camera room, a gym, administration, and finally a penthouse.

Lobby. Contains several events including several ways to kill unwanted people. Lights, locks, and other small things controlling the tower.


Two offices on the second floor. No events except for lights.

Camera room. All cameras require a password (though they're all the same) to operate once.

Small gym. No events.

Fifth floor. This is a model of the tower that lights up when sections are breached. It's pretty cool. The other two rooms contain some consoles that fire grenades around the base (passworded) and a console in the other room that operates the emergency doors.

Penthouse.
Entrance.
Contains a tower, a small bunker with adjustable fire-through glass, and a small hut that opens the gate, operates the lights, and toggles zombies.
Garage


Cars CAN move about in here. Not much, I wanted to keep it open. Upstairs, there's a propeller and an engine, and a runway for a small plane. (minijet)
Infirmary
No events except for curtains. Contains a bed, a shelf, and an operating table. And a loft for a doctor.
Barracks
Contains bunks, a table, and a counter w/ microwave.
Range
(jail)
Contains 8 stalls and 4 sniper stalls. Hit counters, bots, and a door from the jail for execution via firing squad >:). Controls for range light, bots, locks, and such are located by the door.
Library

Last major building constructed. Not much in the way of events.
That's about it. When I get an answer from RoTB, I'll post a save along with a list of all the add-ons needed to use it.
