I noticed an accidental plot unfold, though. You know that nobody would insult Badspot, right? Reason: He owns Blockland. Now, see, if they didn't know it was Badspot, they could insult the person all they wanted. In this case, Jordan is badspot's sister, but a few people didn't know that when she requested the TV brick, so they fired their insults at her. Therefore, getting them banned.
I noticed that all along. If Badspot all of the sudden randomly came up with a handicapped idea (In which he never did, Just proving a point here, no offence intended), most of the people would be like "Wow, good idea! we should make this right now!" But when it isn't someone important, they would be like "OMFG Go die in a fire." The reason, is because they know if they dissagree with Badspot, they will get banned.
tl;dr - People act up to Badspot even if he has a handicapped idea (In which he never did), but if they don't know it's Badspot, they can dissagree as much as they want.
That's a loving good theory.
