Download is the one on the left, it's how fast you download stuff.

Upload would be like uh.... uploading a video to lets say youtube, you'd be alot fast than me for example.

But your download sucks.

THAT is the max you can get.
your megaBIT is not the same thing as your megaBYTE

and a max DL dont mean your next file will be at that speed.
its the max total bandwidth your allotted. so a file dl could still be way less.

dial up users at 56k.
get a max download speed of 8.
IF wherever they download from allows them to use that
