CityRP Can't Spawn Items

When a Shop Keeper/Player tries to spawn a Item. they click OK and then no Item is spawned. I need Shop Keepers for Weps and Items >:(

Most likely they don't have enough money or you should redownload CityRP mod.

I tried spawning a wep as a shopkeeper with tons of cash. Did not work. Im going to try and redownload now.
