I enjoy their music. However, I told one of my friends of this, and he replied "You like that crap?" Thus I am wondering what is the problem with it, if any, and what type of music it is.

Nothing's wrong with it, I listen to 'em too, Most of my friends make a big deal of it, But I really don't give a stuff about their opinion, Since they think rap is the best music ever.

So...any suggestions for me? The only songs I enjoy are from the killers. One or two from smashmouth, Scar Tissue from Red Hot Chili Peppers, and that's about it. No idea what gender I'm into, or anything.
