Here's what you do, you ask her to do stuff together, show interest in her. If she suggest something such as liking a certain movie it means she's hinting towards you to say something, you should then say I'll go with you if you want and so on.

Then if you want to bait her in you ask her to do stuff, one on one. Or in a group at first and always give her the most attention. If she ask for something or leans towards dating or anything like that bait and joke around about it.

Ya but you always have the safety of saying i'm just being over-friendly, it's not like you said hey lets date, you're playing it safe and being a simple "Cool" friend, even though you want much more.

You'll notice that she'll start hinting for dating and stuff if all that pans out as a cool friend.

Yes it's always obvious, but i'd rather get to know a guy alot more and hangout with him first one on one instead of "Hey baby lets go out". No thats stupid i want to get to know the guy first.
