Whats a good program to make weapons and vehicles?

It's called notepad. There is no program you just write a script.

Unless you are making a MODEL in which you could use blender, milkshape, etc.

how does that work. so you put random numbers and stuff then it makes a vehicle?

There's more to it. Just open up a .cs with Notepad, and poke around a bit.

A lot of things are easily understood; A lot of editing is done just by changing a couple of values.
