I need to know who is leaking the server password. As of now I am restricting Admin to people I know when I am on the server. Diggy shouldn't give Admin to builders, because you can look in server options and find out the passwords. SA will only be granted if you are on the auto-admin list.

I keep hearing people are getting banned by non-USSR. NOTE: ADMIN IS FOR USSR ONLY (exception being Killhammer, Facechild's friend).
