umm...jpeg.. never used that, but i know for jpg, it significantly HELPs SOME PICTURES, because it limits and expands colors to make it blend, it helped me make some awesome picture before...and, mr der-hur, its supposed to be blurry around the edges
JPEG and JPG are the same thing.
And I don't mean blurry around the edges of the whole picture, 'cuz NO DUH, it's a gradiant,
but I mean if you look at the Blocko-guy closely you'll see random gray dots around its edges. That's ruined quality right thar.
