Ok, im new at blockland and everything, do i need to buy it to play it? where can i buy it? im not sure if i can buy because i live in canada BC not in the US, but can i play blockland without having to buy it?

Yep. You can play the demo, wich never ever ever runs out, but you can't play with other people. You won't fully be involved with the community till you do buy it. It's only 20 bucks, and it really is worth it.
