"Baseplate" A new map.

Ever wanted a big baseplate that ACTUALLY ends so you can keep track of the server?

Well, this one's for you, i'm working on a map with just that, and it will hopefully it will be the map i'll start building my USSR App one, and the theme is pretty obvious.

Anyway, comments please and if i get good comments i'll release it.

Things to do.
Make bricks align more accurately.
Add clouds which pass the plate.
