There are services online that will print out your model and mail it to you.

They seem to cost between 50 USD and 600 GBP.

If anyone tells me 600GBP is 1200USD, I'll punch them in the face. The 2:1 conversion ratio didn't last long, I'm tired of you lazy people devaluing my currency >:(

(by the way, if you are one of those lazy people and want to update your conversion ratios, 1.5 GBP = 1 USD, 1.2 EUR = 1 USD, 1 CAD = 0.80 USD. You can find these out by typing 1 USD in GBP. Really. It's that easy)

I've seen these types of machines before but as wood cutters, they used them to create props in the Star Wars movies. But this sort of things really exists me because I'm a 3D modeller and if I could export to life... that would just be epic. However they REALLY do need a ink capability, I want to print stuff in colour :3

Like I said earlier, you can make your own 3D printer right now for about $2000 which can (with a small modification) print in a variety of substances including wax, plastic, chocolate, cheese, sugar and more.

Search for "Fabber" or "Fabathome". Fab is short for Fabrication.

Current day 3D printing services will print out models for a charge like Wedge said. I know there is one service that will even print out and paint a 3D copy of your World of Warcraft ingame avatar.
