Most of them have been finished, just never updated the post.
Only one that is really lodged in my memory is the Manhattan one, which I'm working on slowly, but, it's a gigantic build, which could take weeks/months.

That build would have been impossible to make.
The tiles would have taken to many bricks.
Once I started adding cabinets, I already had about 80,000 bricks.
