You cant with MSPaint, but with Paint.net you can.

1. Get paint.NET.
2. Use the wand tool and highlight the area you want to delete.
3. Delete it.
4. Save.
5.????
6. Trans'd.

Ok,I saved Paint.net to my system files,but I can't get it to run,theres no icon,and I can't open it from the download.
