ummmm why dont you just use invisible wheels so it doesnt fly off, it just hovers there. the wheels move but you dont see them so its like a hover car. good luck to you

that's what I was going to do. I'm also going to make it drift a little like the drifting jeep.

Thought you might want to know just to make a collision mesh for the wheels. That's basically how the speederbike works, invisible wheels with just a collision mesh.
Don't forget you might want to suspend them a bit so it looks like it's actually floating.
And good luck, I'd love to see this finished.
