Haha K so, I want to make an add-on which would be a little bonker thing, like so:

It looks like a mix between a carrot and a gavel.

Almost everyone is going to complain because the model isn't "Blocko". Just make it less smooth and they'll be pleased.

If you look at the ends, you can tell it's already pretty low poly, he just needs to flat shade it.

I like it. You people are in way to deep when it comes to BL addons. Me, being the average consumer, likes this.

I don't like rounded models in BL.

I don't like the lag this blob of polygon waste will induce. Don't use cylinders, use six sided gengon or something but not a pill or cylinder.

Seriously guys. Look closer, you can tell its not that high poly, the lack of flat shading just makes it look like that.

Look even closer and you can tell that it IS that high poly. It's ok for a first try but it uses a bit to many primitives.

If you look at the main part of the hammer, not the handle, not the half spheres, you can see 4 polygons.


I'm guessing the entire cylinder is about 12-16 polygons.

I'm not trying to say the model is good, I'm just saying it's not as many polys as it looks like.
