Decal Borders?

I remember seeing a post showing that the border for a chest decal does not take up the entire picture, it has an area where the decal should go. If it passes the border, it makes those weird bugs where the whole body gets covered with the decal.

Just make the dimensions 256x256 and you'll be fine
