You Need Building Rights To Build On This Server

Everywhere I go, I can't build because I need "building rights". Its loving stupid, it destroys the whole point of the game. I remember some fool asking for save protection, and Badspot wrote this:

Saving is a core feature? How about being able to loving build?

About three of the servers I've ever joined have had "building rights" enabled, and at least two have given me them when I asked for it politely.

Go to different servers and stop complaining. If a server doesn't want you building, perhaps there is a reason? Ask the host to give you rights or why they have it enabled. If they refuse to answer, you're in a bad server.

Well, you seem to have very bad luck in joining servers. None of the servers I visit frequently require "building rights", or if they do they give a good reason for it.

I would only have build rights if I am working on a big project of mine. Besides that I just keep it deactivated.

By that I mean you host servers only to show off what your building. If nobody else can build and can only loaf around your server there isn't much purpose. Single player seems more appropriate.

I have never been on a server with building rights. I doubt that nearly every server you have been on has it. That's just stupid. I reckon maybe one or two friends would put on building rights without reason. Not enough to start a topic about.

I had building rights on my server because Im working on something, and didnt want people to be building stuff. I didnt host single-player because I enjoy the company of friends
