i got the patch and now the window don't pop up, wierd thing is, some how i got the horse, carbase, plane, ATV and bike back, alsoi hit ctrl + C and ptta don't pop up

I wasn't aware that PTTA was released for 1.04 already. In any case, the patch probably fixes files that PTTA uses, which would be the reason why it doesn't work.

Yes thx Mocheeze, the patch does replace some PTTA files, so I updated PTTA to the new RTB v1.041 files and released PTTA v10.1.1 at http://ptta.us

Before I download this, will it fix the mess ups in the last update, 1.04? Because it would be great if it did.

Go see the forum thread on the RTB site. It shows what all the fixes are. We're still planning another patch with more fixes after this one too.
