The only flaw that I predict will happen that I recently faced was: the large amount of bricks due to deatail causes extreme lag... Try to conserve as many bricks as possibe! I had to restart because of it! I just redid my streets and I'm working on my jail...

Hey Ethan get rid of that dead guy in front of the for sale houses. He wouldn't move out of my way. I asked Randomguy and he said it was a fence post but I didn't believe him.
