That must be why Mac computers often have the highest customer satisfaction ratings and lowest number of RMAs of any computer manufacturer.

And they don't have viruses because they are unreliable computers? What?

No, they don't have viruses or any of that stuff because no major corporate company uses Macs for servers or holding important documents or files and such, so all the hackers are like "What's the point hacking Macs if no company that has stuffloads of money to steal uses Macs?" So, instead, they make malware for Windows because Windows is popular and used by major companies (Obviously, including Microsoft, hurr). That means we gotta defend for ourselves.

You guys are sitting around playing with iLife and iPhoto, we're playing games and detecting malware.

The same can be said for any OS for that matter. The Mac ads did have one fact right. Companies tend to spend more on marketing then they ever care to attempt with technical support.

detecting malware.
True, many corporations use Windows, but one of the biggest reasons is that Unix isn't forgettarded and doesn't let hidden programs run.

A program cannot access root without your permission, and Mac OS X's idiot proofing bombards you fifty 50 messages before letting anything change root. You can't even access root accidentally.

You cannot get malware on a Unix based OS without being a total loving handicap.

Getting malware is a good thing?

True, many corporations use Windows, but one of the biggest reasons is that Unix isn't forgettarded and doesn't let hidden programs run. If I had the time to learn Ubuntu and stuff, I'd probably get it.

Windows is probably the same, except only like one message. If you try to overwrite/move/etc. a critical system file then it will tell you that it's being moved/overwritten/blah/etc., and will give you like two confirmations.

You cannot get malware on a Unix based OS without being a total loving handicap.
Probably true.

Getting malware is a good thing? I never said that, but if I did, I'm half asleep right now so excuse my English right now.

CAD is the worst webcomic. Ever.

I never said virus's, they have high customer satisfaction because they look nice and they have all those little features, I hate it because every mac I have seen doesn't much let me do the things i like to do, I do think its way overhyped though, I have no problem with Apple, infact I love the iPhone.

I have no problem with Apple
Before you post Macinstuff on this forum learn that we all hate Macinstuff and that it belongs on the fat nerd forum not the nerd forum.

*snort* *snort* PCs PWN MACS *snort*

EDIT: I don't recall Apple calling themselves Macintosh, just calling there computer Macintosh correct me if I'm wrong.

QFT.
That was sarcasm jerkoff.

Only friends care about what OS you use.
