A Cannon that shoots Plasma!Thank God!

Description
My First gun to have a CI and ItemIcon!
Also has new Sounds, Projectile, and particles!
Has it a projectile usable with wrench events!
Its preatty overpowered, so hide it in DMs rather than make people spawn with it.
A very good weapon to take out vehicals!

It IS overpowered, but it is epic to boot. I fail at aiming with it.
