i dont believe there ever was a union lol.
to this day, native reservations aren't an area on the map, like some state park.
every one of the forced treaties that told the natives where to call home are still in effect and enforced.
there was never a happy ending lol
and there was never some iconic dinner with Indians and pilgrims. (not to say they had never eaten together)
but that whole image just never happened
