Unbanning Ladios'/Kodens IP *IDEA*

This is handicapped Badspot needs to unban that IP address, seriously it's all Kodens fault that the IP got banned and now Ladios can't be on the forms D;


Edit: Baspot can delete Koden's account and then unban the IP. And if Koden tries to make another account Badspot needs to activate it and id Badspot sees the Ladios's IP that means he just has to delete/reject the account :D
