when i try to start a dedi a new console comes up and after the add ons load it stops working

You have dozens of handicapped add-ons installed one of which actually has syntax errors.  Also there is one made by you which is almost certainly broken as you are a completely incompetent.  I'm re-banning you from the forum now because you've already been banned 3 times on different accounts.
