in my opinion just because people are new dosent mean they are annoying and bad at building
so would want to say no but still alot of people do not like ID's over 9000

Personally, when I see a high ID I think, "Oh god, another idiot." But I don't say or do anything, just to check if my suspetions are true. After awhile, if he doesn't make himsef/herself look like a noob, I will perform a series of tests to see if he is or not. They rarely pass, but some have.
