Changing Default Drive Location

At my Mom's house, the PC they have automatically downloads everything to the H drive. How can switch it over to C? The H drive is full, so I cant download anything ):

Ex: If I try to download a game with FF, it says it cant download because the H drive is full

Its set to download to Desktop

It appears I did something right. I don't know what I did right, but it downloads to C: now : )
