Server Issues: I can't host anymore

So the problem is that I used to be able to host, and today, when I go to start up a server, the ping is dead.
I've tried several times, re-booted my computer, checked my firewall and internet connection, and I can't find the issue. The console says that it posted everything to the server successfully, so I have no clue what the hell happened.

Nevermind, I re-forwarded my ports and it works, but now I have another problem:
my ping is much higher than it used to be (between 5 and 60) now it's usually over 100

Also, when you connect it not only takes forever to connect, but to load the datablocks and such.
