Spotlights?

Hey everyone,

I was wondering if there was a way to make a light that shines in one direction only and doesn't change? I believe in RTB or a light pack addon there is a light that is a spotlight but it moves constantly. I was looking to make a steady one.

Not necessarily, I was asking if anyone knew how to change which way the light is shining, not asking someone to make it for me.

No, and it's probably not possible because light must be in a radius or something of that nature.
