I hate that feeling when you hear something but can't think of the name of the song.

well it's happening and i have like 4 friends that are the same way.

It's the music that plays right after "Chocolate rain" and plays throughout most of the song. I recognize it and don't have a loving clue what it's from. Plz halp.
