Magnitude does not make a good build.

The whole thing is spammy, the flying buttresses are shoddily constructed, the pillars could be slightly more imaginative, and the thing is arranged so poorly that I doubt you could connect everything into a decent build.

It's not a terrible build per se, it's just... odd.
