The options aren't opening. I tried 5 times, maybe I should punch myself in the balls instead.

I've had to reinstall a few times, it was a pain in the ass since the game is like what 10 disks. But all my problems were fixed.

There's a patch out for that now you can download, it also fixes some other stuff like "Drive on a parkway and Parking on a Driveway" So various Bug Fixes.
