I could do the inside of the building's for you I make great detailed furniture, and i would be happy too help with the mage's guild. I made one not long ago and about 90% of the people who came too my server said it was great!

For some day's of the week I could host. Also i have more time on my PC now because it's the christmas holiday's.

Technically you do too unless you use only the default events.

Add-on events are just scripts to make it more enjoyable.
This is the same with the scripts Destiny's RPG use.
