Slate Issue: PLEASE HELP!

On every single slate map, the ground texture is missing (except for basic slate) and in every slate, there is a giant black box in the middle of the map that won't go away. This is not recent, the black box has been there forever, but the missing texture is new. Can anyone help me get rid of this?

That happens to me every onceinawile. It does it randomly when you load the map, just reload it till its right. That workes for me..

It happens to everyone, does it lag your computer or screw it up in any way? If not, don't mind it, its best if you just download the map...

What do you mean, I download them all over again? and I've tried reloading it.

Dont re download them, just keep opeing the map till it works right. Its like a % chance thing. Its really dumb that way...
