I'm not too sure what my grades are percentage-wise right now. My school recently got something where you can check your grades online, but it seems my parents never received the letter giving us the password and user name to log in. :/
Either way, 8th grade is easy.

Generally importance of grades goes something like this:

High School < First College Year grades < Final College year grades < Work experience

You can forget up school completely and still come back for a PHD as long as you're committed to your work. Everything else simply either makes it come faster or give you small helping hands but ultimately you aren't forgeted as long as you keep at it, and as long as you throw money at them.

Well, you could forget high school, go into an apprenticeship and make money right off the bat, or you could work at high school, do good go to a university or college and work your way on from then, but to get to a good University you need to try in HS
