Reload time will be 7 seconds because of its 1050 Damage, And you'll move half as slow, making you much more vulnerable to fast weapon attacks.

Eh? Considering one shot kills anyone and it will have EPIC splash damage, shouldn't the reload time be huge beyond reason? Or only be one shot?
