How do I change yourtube's to MP3's?

I have been trying to make my own music for Blockland, and I found a site that would allow me to just put in the URL of the video, and it would make them MP3's. Now this sounded all fine and great, but alas it doesn't work. It won't let me split the stereo track in Audacity, so I can't complete it. I find this to be a problem, I really want to be able to make my own music. I have a mac, so I don't use a sound card. What do I do?

You can download the Youtube vid using Realplayer and save it ready for playback from there. IDK what to do from there, though.

If you actually succeed in converting youtube to mp3 to ogg, please never release them.  My ears hurt just thinking about it.

??? I may/may not release them. I really want to put a lot of the BGM from Klonoa 2:Lunatea's Veil into blockland, it's not and relaxing..... I don't want to take people's suggestions, I already did that, those were some pretty annoying songs..... -_-
