Author Topic: Editor File  (Read 1743 times)

I'm feeling curious.
Why does version 10 have a file in there that says editor an one called editor.command?
Can you use them??

You can make maps using it.

You have to make a shortcut of Blockland on the desktop, then right click the shortcut and click Properties, then in the target box, copy and paste this at the end of it

Code: [Select]
-mod editor
Then hit Apply then OK, then start up the shortcut, then start a server, then hit F11 for World Editor, or F10 for GUI Editor (I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO GUI EDITOR, SINCE YOU MIGHT MESS SOMETHING UP)

No, F10 is GUI editor and F11 is World Editor.

Don't mess with GUI editor, or you'll divide by zero.

No, F10 is GUI editor and F11 is World Editor.
Oh, i though i had them confused, oh well, i'll just edit my post

Hurmm....
Thanks, but does anyone know how to do this on a Mac computer??
I'm pretty sure I don't see anything that says properties when I right click
Blockland or the alias (aka shortcut).

Yeah, idiots.  Just use the .command file.  I could tell it's a Mac because of the .command file.

And then use F10 or F11??

And then use F10 or F11??
Yes. F10 for GUI editor and F11 for Mission Editor.

Thanks you guys. I'll try it out.

:cookieMonster: ps: why are there only 5 of these? (lol) :)

Actually, I pressed F11 in the terminal but how do I actually use the editor??
All it did was start the tutorial.
