Lol the guy who threw the shoe failed to remember Bush was a former baseball player. The fact he dodged it and got back up and then dodged the second with his hand was pretty awesome.

Now if that had been in Russia, the guy with the shoe would have been kicked in the nuts by a huge bodyguard and then Bush would be given the opportunity to throw a punch.
