I have the 30 day free trial, and when I watch some tutorials for flash, when they hit the next frame, some things stay there and others don't. Mines not like that, you make it so either nothing disappears or everything disappears. Plus, when they hit next frame it shows their last frame to. Mine doesn't do that either...fix'd Is there a reason for this?

Try onion skin, it's under the timeline, you can adjust how many frames you see, etc.

I finally figured out what you meant. The thing you saw where certain things would stay and others wouldn't, well the things that would stay were on a different layer. It's often helpful to put your background on the layer behind where you're animating.
