Badspot can counter-sue how he broke the ToS of how he isn't 13 yet!
Didn't think of that I signed up when I was 12 :3 well on my other account I used to have. But this one I signed up when I was 13 :D

Own'd. I think he's trying to scare us. If he tried to sue, he would be screwed.

Here you go friend.

I am going to inform you that the purpose of this site is as it was intended, that is, a free communications hub for a game called Blockland created by the owner of this site. This site is also not under any particular act of law regarding communications restrictions and censorship towards children under the adolescent age that I know of. We are permitted to express our views freely on the internet. You cannot enforce a pact on an internet site that has already proclaimed it is not partaking in that pact, hence the site is not suitable for young children. The logical reason for this is simply that children should not be allowed on the internet without parental consent "and" supervision, which seems to be the case here, sir.

I am not representing this site in any way, and i am not affiliated with this site in as much as using it for it's intended purposes. The site has moderators that will step in if need be when an individual breaks one of the rules set out by the owner. If you think someone broke some of these rules, please Report them to a moderator, not a federal court. Under the Net Neutrality principle which overthrew attempts to tie cyberspace with the telecommunications act to begin with, making a case of how your son was insulted on the internet as a result of the free expression of a point of view is a waste of your time and money, sir.

Ephi as Mr Pickle has posted you can not sue Badspot for any messages used on these forums. Also we can further bend the meaning of words and say that the posters are the "subsidiaries". Yay legal technicalities!

Also if he is nine then he can not do anything due to the fact he is not supposed to be here in the first place.

Also, c'mon man. ten post! Gotta stop playing the game before I push post.

Here you go friend.

Now there's some prime time epic on defeating harassment on the internet.

EDIT: Wait, I thought he was 11.

The fact that his age is show shows that his dad signed the form and sent it in. Which I wouldn't doubt he would do.

"Hey guys, my son got onto a research site because I was too busy watching the NFL to pay attention to what he was doing on the computer and I am going to press charges against that research site under the SCARY telecommunications act of whenever under the sense that they are breaking the laws by showing vulgar material and BAD WORDS that were not suitable for my kid!

Sincerely
Stupid asshat"

The whole "I went to lawschool" act isn't really working out for you. If Badspot (or anyone here) were to expose trade secrets that he signed a NDA on about the company he worked for (hypothetically) in a post on these forums, I'm pretty sure his company can sue the stuff out of him. Please stop trying to make out that you know loads about this stuff because law is a complex thing that i'm pretty sure nobody fully understands.

This is the most interesting thing that has ever happened on these forums (that I have been here for).

Congrats Ephi, you just made my day. <3
