I am going to inform you that the purpose of this site is as it was intended, that is, a free communications hub for a game called Blockland created by the owner of this site. This site is also not under any particular act of law regarding communications restrictions and censorship towards children under the adolescent age that I know of. We are permitted to express our views freely on the internet. You cannot enforce a pact on an internet site that has already proclaimed it is not partaking in that pact, hence the site is not suitable for young children. The logical reason for this is simply that children should not be allowed on the internet without parental consent "and" supervision, which seems to be the case here, sir.

The whole "I went to lawschool" act isn't really working out for you. If Badspot (or anyone here) were to expose trade secrets that he signed a NDA on about the company he worked for (hypothetically) in a post on these forums, I'm pretty sure his company can sue the stuff out of him. Please stop trying to make out that you know loads about this stuff because law is a complex thing that i'm pretty sure nobody fully understands.
