Is there any program(s) you know of that will stream the audio you hear to clients? I'm using Beamyourscreen but it's kinda gay in the fact that you can't stream your audio.
So halp.

If you have nothing to say about the program(s) then don't say anything at all.

You don't need to use BroadWave, ScreenStream comes with audio streaming by default.
EDIT: You'll need your public IP. You can use
http://www.whatismyip.org/
to get it.
The link will then be something along the lines of http://<publicIP>:89/main
EDIT EDIT: strange. you might need to forward port 89
