Cant equip shirt and bikini top at the same time

When I try to equip my shirt and my bikini top, it unequips my shirt.

I equip my bikini top, then my shirt, and then when I scroll down, my bikini top is unequiped.

Am I doing anything wrong?

a bikini top is in the shirt section of clothes. It is not a kind of underwear, so you cant wear it underneath other shirts.

try wearing a bikini instead

It's not a type of shirt either, technically. Because you can't wear the bra underneath.
Same goes for panties/thong.

Believe it or not, this is a feature.  The bikini top is incompatible with the tanktop because of the strap configuration.
