RTB and Paint Sets

Ive downloaded several paint sets in RTB, but dont know how to turn them on or how to change sets.  They dont show up in the MyMods tab either.

What do I do?

Click the "Color Manager" option in the Start A Game menu (Next to Add-Ons) which RTB added.
