For the amount of money I gave my parents, I damn well could have bought my own car. I gave 48,000$ to my parents for my car, and they added another like 12,000 and bought me the BMW I currently drive.

i know because we have friends who have a rather smallish house with a giant basement.

THEY HAVE 50 INCH FLATSCREENS IN EVERY ROOM
