You're doing something wrong, I look buffer than you and my biggest exercise of the day is sliding off my computer chair onto my bed to sleep.

And you're probably not an ectomorph. You obviously have no idea how metabolisms and weight gain work for people like myself.

Don't hate me for it. I'm trying to make you stronger by tricking you into facing your fears.
Seeing clowns only worsens my fear of them.
Is worsens even a word? lol

I'm 6'6 and now I am 170 lbs. I don't gain weight. I'm pretty weak too you are probably stronger I just wanted to point out you don't appear to be building muscle in the right places. Your chest is near concave and your biceps are barely noticeable and your triceps are non-existant.

My chest isn't anywhere close to concave. What the forget are you seeing? I don't have bulging biceps, and my triceps are not flexed and are barely visible. This makes me wonder if you even know the function of triceps.

I'm not big. I'm nowhere close to being big. However, I have improved.

Yes. Well then, I apologize.

You've improved but you've been going into the air force for what seems like 2 or 3 years and you went from freakishly scrawny to average. I'm just saying you must not have been trying that hard. I'm also not trying to say you look bad you just don't look in shape by any stretch of the imagination. I consider myself scrawny and out of shape and I never work out and you're pretty close to my level just saiyan.

If you naturally have a different build, that's one thing. Some people have to work a lot more than others to achieve the same goal.

I've gone from maxing my benching at 90lbs to about 180lbs. I may not be getting big enough to look any better than average, but I'm making real progress that will legitimately help me.

Edit: Going into the Air Force for 2-3 years?

I enlisted in August. I started working out 2 months ago.

Yes, 'worsens' is a word.

Also, the video consists of two strange men from Stargate Atlantis rowing a boat in the middle of an ocean while it's raining. Through two and a half quarters of the video, they turn around to see a depressed clown.

And the way the clown shows up out of nowhere is unnerving.

You don't have much boob experience, do you?
sorry for using common sense  :panda:

You can literally take any boob size and create cleavage. Dumbass.
