I don't think I've ever seen someone banned for "flaming" like Ephi has. They do reserve the right to ban for any reason but nobody has ever been banned for saying something bad about Ephi.

That is not how evidence works. If you have a claim (in this case, that Ephi has broken a rule) you will need to back it up with a quote or screenshot or something. You can't just throw up your arms and say "find it for yourself I don't want to cause any more trouble". How would I even know what to look for? Ephi breaking a rule is very subjective; something that I think is totally harmless you could think is actually severe. Also, saying "I don't want to start a stuff storm" when the past 5 or something pages have been full of you arguing with Ephi/other forum members doesn't make sense. You will need to provide proof or else your claim that Ephi broke a rule will mean nothing.
