Today was a long day and I was lifting heavy objects and driving places all day. Gonna start lifting weights with the neighbor soon. I have the bench and he has the bar, we just need to get some cheap weights off of craigslist.

You are overweight if I recall, if so resistance work-outs are much better for you than free weights, resistance work-outs offer more toning, free weights are just gonna get you bigger, even if you use very small weight with lots of reps it will still not be as effective as resistance.

My laptop is 1920x1200. When I was younger, 800x600 was the standard. I'm sure some of you probably grew up with 640x480...

It starts at like 22inches. My 20inch wide screen monitor is only 1600x900.
